Yin Yoga and Mindfulness

Yin yoga is the practice of slowing down; an act which is essential for our health and longevity.

Holding individual postures for several minutes allows you to unwind, release tension, and move deeply into each pose.   During this time, you access your bodies deeper connective tissue which helps to increase mobility, improve circulation, strengthen bone tissue, and promote joint hydration.

Through breath and body awareness you will learn to focus your attention and quiet the mind, moving into a more meditative practice. This bare attention is the foundation of mindfulness; moment to moment attention that is neither for nor against what is happening. It is through mindful practice that we develop the ability to abide in the present moment, helping to rebalance and enliven the body and cultivate a calm and clear mind.


Yoga Flow

Whether it be a core flow or a slow flow, these playful classes are designed to be accessible to both the beginner and experienced student alike.  Mindfully sequenced classes will guide you through a slow and steady flow that builds strength & fosters flexibility, as well as cultivates body and breath awareness. 

Guided by your own inner compass you will find your own pace of practice & discover optimal alignment for each pose - creating a safe foundation for you to transcend the limitations of your body and your mind.

Core Flow 6:15 - 7:15pm
